What we're looking for:
REBL HOUSE is looking for a Director of Sales & Growth in Toronto, Ontario or Montreal Québec. This is an intensive position that will provide you with an opportunity to gain exposure and get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing creative agency. Your primary role will be to present our brand story and mission to potential clients. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience establishing leads, building creative strategies and driving growth. You will be expected to exercise your communication skills and cultivate relationships with potential customers. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the leadership team on strategic alignment and outreach
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Development and distribution of promotional and marketing materials 
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience across all touch-points 
  • Qualify leads and develop growth strategies  
  • Stay up-to-date with our services and help craft our scope of works or commercial propositions
  • Engage in and see through industry RFPs
  • Managing sales pipeline through our CRM tool

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years proven work experience as a Business Development and/or Sales Executive
  • Proven track record of driving growth
  • In-depth agency experience (*considered to be an added value)
  • Well connected with exceptional people skills
  • Highly motivated and confident in pitching 
  • Focused and honest in sales approach
  • Assertive with demonstrable leadership qualities
  • Open and willing to take direction
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
